1. Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

SwedishCandyHeroes.com currently ships only within the United States using trusted shipping carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Other regional delivery providers when applicable

Delivery estimates begin once the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Selected shipping method

From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping discounts or free shipping offers on qualifying orders. Any such promotions will be clearly stated on the website or during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

  • Shipment confirmation details

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system after shipment confirmation is sent.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address information
  • Missing apartment or unit number
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refused delivery
  • Undeliverable address

the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order.

We are not responsible for lost packages, delays, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, melted during transit, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: Swedishcandyheroes@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect items

After review, we may provide, at our discretion:

  • A replacement shipment
  • Store credit

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

SwedishCandyHeroes.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

If you believe your package was stolen or misdelivered, we recommend:

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly
  • Checking with neighbors or your property manager
  • Filing a claim with the carrier if applicable

7. Perishable & Heat-Sensitive Products

Many of our candy and chocolate products are sensitive to temperature and handling conditions.

During warmer months or high-temperature periods, products may soften or melt during transit despite protective packaging measures.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with shipping heat-sensitive food products.

We recommend selecting expedited shipping during warm weather conditions whenever available.

8. Shipping Restrictions

SwedishCandyHeroes.com currently ships exclusively within the United States.

We do not currently offer:

  • International shipping
  • Freight forwarding services
  • Shipping to P.O. boxes for certain carrier methods
  • Delivery outside U.S. territories where restricted

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments to locations that cannot be serviced safely or reliably.
